Jumping Joseph: A Christmas Miracle?

Driving Gretel to work this morning at 7:45 I noticed that all was not well with the Holy Family who have set up their stall outside the Baptist church. Joseph had keeled over as though intoxicated and Mary wore a distinctly worried expression. Luckily all in Itchy Ankle were still asleep and so no-one else was around to witness the lowly carpenter’s disarray.

“Must stop by and check everything’s OK” I thought to myself as I made the turn towards the bakery.

I drove back home at 8am and was surprised to see that Joseph had righted himself and Mary was wreathed in smiles. Christmas miracle? I think so
